崗位描述:

配合項目負責人，對項目進行可行性分析，提出相應的算法解決方案，并在實施過程中，不斷調整方案，以達成項目目標。

負責實現一個項目全程的智能解決方案，包含數據整理、預處理（如從PDF文檔中抽取數據），應用與優化常用算法，撰寫和管理項目說明文檔。

參與代碼庫的建設，鉆研前沿的技術，分享研究成果

Software Engineer

職位描述

Responsibilities:

• Given a project, collaborate with project manager to conduct feasibility analysis, propose ML solutions, and adjust plans to ensure achievement of goals.

• Build robust web-based ML solutions from start to finish, e.g. performing data collection and data wrangling, applying and optimizing ML algorithms, and maintaining documentation.

• Perform text classification using methods such as random forests, gradient boosting, CNN and RNN-based classifiers.

• Perform NLP related tasks such as document clustering, topic analysis, text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and part-of-speech tagging methods for unstructured and semi-structured data.

• Contribute to the codebase, keep track of cutting-edge technology development, and share ML knowledge and insights.

• Be creative and innovative.

Requirements:

• Academic requirement: master's degree

• Must be working towards a graduate degree with academic knowledge of machine learning; please include the relevant coursework

• Proficient with Python

• Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., random forests, neural networks algorithms) and packages (e.g., numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy)

• Experience with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques and libraries (NLTK, Stanford NLP, Open NLP, etc.) is a plus

• Experience with SQL server and version control software (e.g. GitHub)

• Strong communication skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to learn fast and take responsibility for accomplished work.

• Strong English-language reading, writing and speaking.
